One Governed Architecture for Every Quality Workflow
Agents read across the systems you already run, share one controlled knowledge base and work under one governance layer. Every finding goes to the person who owns the decision.
Your quality records
Your people decide
For the People Who Sign for Quality
Whether you lead quality across a global network, direct a laboratory or run a single site, agents take the cross-referencing and your experts keep the judgment.
VPs of Quality
One view of compliance across sites, programs and standards, with the evidence behind every status, ready for leadership and for the inspector.
Medical and Laboratory Directors
Clinical pathologists and laboratory directors see where procedures, competency and proficiency records stand against each checklist, before the assessor does.
Quality Managers and QA
Gap analyses, SOP revisions and evidence packages prepared for you, so your team reviews and decides instead of building spreadsheets.
Manufacturing and Operations
From small molecules and biologics to cell-based and personalized therapies, batch and process records checked against the master record, every exception traced.
Validation and Compliance
Procedures, training and equipment records kept current against every regulation, standard and customer requirement you commit to.
Study Directors and QA Units
Nonclinical protocols, raw data and final reports checked against GLP requirements, so the QA unit inspects what matters.
The Gap Analysis, Done by Agents
Preparing for a regulatory inspection, an accreditation assessment or a partner audit means mapping every checklist item to the quality plan, SOP, record and training that meet it. Agents do that cross-referencing across your whole document set and report each requirement as met, partial or missing, with the evidence.

Every Checklist Item Mapped
Each requirement is linked to the quality plan section, SOP, record or training that addresses it.
Gaps With the Evidence
Partial and missing items show what is out of date, overdue or absent, and where it should be.
Fixes Drafted for Review
SOP revisions and plan updates are drafted for each gap, for your document owners and QA to approve.
Ready for the Assessor Every Day, Not Just the Week Before
Accreditation assessments and regulatory inspections follow a cycle. Agents keep your evidence current through all of it, so readiness is a state you maintain, not a project you run.

Every Deviation Read, Assessed and Linked to the Past
Agents read each deviation against your SOPs, specifications and batch records, assess its impact and link it to past events at every site. Your quality unit reviews the findings and approves the investigation.
Linked to Past Events
Similar deviations and CAPAs at any site are found and linked, so a repeat is recognized as one.
Against Your Procedures
Every finding cites the SOP section, specification or record it depends on.
Approved by QA
Nothing is closed until QA reviews the investigation and signs it.
Batch Records Reviewed by Exception
Agents read every entry of the batch record against the master record and specifications. Reviewers see only what needs them: out-of-limit values, missing signatures and entries made out of order.
Against the Master Record
Every step, value and limit is checked against the master batch record and the specification.
Only What Needs You
Reviewers see the exceptions, each linked to the entry, step and limit involved.
Released by QA
QA reviews the exceptions and signs the disposition.

Deviations, complaints, CAPAs, change controls and equipment logs, read in one view.
Patterns Across Sites
Events that look unrelated at one site are grouped when they share a cause.
CAPAs That Work
Each issue comes with the likely cause, the evidence and the action that prevents a repeat.
SOP Revisions Drafted From the CAPA
When a CAPA calls for a procedure change, agents draft the SOP revision from the investigation, the current SOP and the equipment manual. Every change cites its reason, and the document owner and QA approve it.
Drafted From the Investigation
Revisions use the CAPA, the current SOP and the equipment documentation.
Every Change Explained
Each change is marked against the current version with its reason.
Approved and Trained
The owner and QA approve, and training is assigned to everyone affected.
SOP-MFG-112 · Revision 9

Before starting granulation, confirm the chiller setpoint is 6°C and record it in the batch record.13 If the product temperature exceeds 38°C, pause the impeller and notify the supervisor.2
If it exceeds 40°C, raise a deviation and notify QA within 1 hour.4 Maintenance must restore and verify the chiller setpoint after any service.13
GLP Studies Audited Before the QA Unit Inspects
For nonclinical studies, agents check the protocol, amendments, raw data and final report against GLP requirements and your SOPs. Your QA unit focuses its inspections on what the agents flagged, and the study director makes every determination.
What agents check on every study
- Protocol and amendments approved and signed before work began
- Raw data traceable to the final report, value by value
- Protocol deviations documented and assessed for impact
- Equipment calibrated and maintained on the dates it was used
- Test article characterization and storage records complete
- Study director and QA statements present, signed and dated

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about ThinkTrends Quality & Manufacturing (GxP).
What does ThinkTrends offer for quality and manufacturing?
+
ThinkTrends offers agentic AI for regulated quality, manufacturing and laboratory teams. Agents review deviations and batch records by exception, find recurring events across sites, draft SOP revisions from CAPAs, run gap analyses of quality plans and SOPs against inspection and accreditation checklists, audit GLP studies and keep a 21 CFR Part 11 audit trail. Your quality unit decides every finding.
How is ThinkTrends different from a QMS or a general-purpose AI assistant?
+
A quality management system stores and routes records, and general-purpose assistants answer from whatever they are given. ThinkTrends reads across your controlled documents and records, maps each requirement to the SOP and evidence that meets it, cites every finding, is qualified on cases your experts graded and runs inside your environment.
Can ThinkTrends run a gap analysis against inspection and accreditation checklists?
+
Yes. ThinkTrends agents map your quality plan, SOPs, training and records against the checklists you provide, whether from a regulator, an accrediting body such as FACT, AABB or CAP, a customer audit or your own internal standards, and report each requirement as met, partial or missing with its evidence. Your quality team reviews every finding, and inspection and accreditation outcomes remain with the regulator or accrediting body.
How does ThinkTrends keep a facility inspection-ready?
+
Checklists are re-run whenever a controlled document changes, so gaps surface the day they appear. Before a visit, agents assemble the SOP, record and training evidence for every item. During it, questions are answered from controlled documents with the source shown. After it, citations become draft responses and CAPAs.
Does ThinkTrends support GLP studies?
+
Yes. Agents check protocols, amendments, raw data and final reports against 21 CFR Part 58, the OECD Principles of GLP and your SOPs, and flag what the QA unit should inspect. The study director and QA unit make every determination.
How are ThinkTrends agents qualified and governed?
+
Each agent version is tested on cases your quality experts graded and must meet your acceptance criteria before release. Its judgments are compared with your reviewers for agreement, it is monitored in use, and every input, output, change and signature is kept in a Part 11 audit trail for your validation package.
Does a ThinkTrends agent release a product or close a finding?
+
No. Agents map, check, cite and draft. Product release, deviation and CAPA closure and every other quality decision are made and signed by your quality unit.
Which manufacturing and quality systems does ThinkTrends read?
+
Your MES and electronic batch records, quality management system, LIMS, equipment logs, training records and document management system, through governed connectors.
Is our data used to train AI models?
+
No. ThinkTrends uses your quality records only to do the work, inside your own environment. Your data is never used to train, tune or evaluate a model.
